Colin Farmer brings a rare insider's perspective to real estate, built not just on selling homes but on understanding how the industry works at every level.

Before becoming an agent with Century 21 AllPoints Realty, Colin spent years in real estate's corporate world. During his tenure with Cartus, the global leader in relocation services, he worked directly with brokerages across the country. He then joined the Century 21 corporate team, running the company's domestic corporate relocation and referral operations with a coast-to-coast network and later expanding his responsibilities to lead the brand’s global operations, developing connections spanning more than 80 countries.

That deep industry background is matched by hands-on experience: Colin is also a real estate investor, giving him a practical, numbers-driven understanding of property value and opportunity that he brings to every client relationship.

Raised in Danbury, Connecticut, and a Norwalk resident since 2007, Colin has also lived in Nantucket, Park City, Utah, and Dallas, Texas, giving him a genuine feel for what makes different markets and communities unique. He holds a BA from UConn and an MBA from Sacred Heart University.
